Products Description
56NiCrMoV7 as per German standard DIN 17350.It is improved on the basis of 1.2344 steel, which not only retains the advantages of 1.2344 high plasticity, high toughness and wear resistance, but also has better heat crack resistance.
56NiCrMoV7 steel not only has good toughness, ductility and crack resistance, but also has high hardenability. The martensite structure can be obtained by air cooling during quenching.After quenching and tempering, 56NiCrMoV7 steel has small deformation and excellent comprehensive performance.It is suitable for large-scale, complex, precise and long-life die-casting molds,high-performance die-casting molds, extrusion molds, etc.
55NiCrMoV7 steel is highly recommendable for Close Die Forgings due to its characteristics of high wear-resistance, extra toughness , high hardness which is achieved with Cr-Ni-Mo-V high graded alloys.
Ni-Cr-Mo-V steel characterized by high level harden ability and toughness, good resistance to repeated shocks, fairly good insensitivity to thermal shocks and good wear resistance.

56NiCrMoV7 cold working tool steel is for general purpose tools and dies where greater toughness is required, but with some sacrifice of abrasion-resistance.
